Ivan Alfaro – Owner
- Ivan at a very young age developed a passion for cars and started actually working on them at the age of 16.
- To further his career he entered into an automotive repair program through LTI and graduated in 2001.
- Upon graduation, Ivan started working immediately for a few brand name dealers, such as Cars Honda and Sherman Dodge. After working as a tech for the dealerships he went on to serve as one of the top technicians for an established shop in Evanston, IL.
- Ivan then stated with the Breaking Point in 2010 and he has been with us since. During his time here Ivan has been able to deliver the highest level of repair and has built lasting relationships with many of the Breaking Point customers. Our customers put a lot of faith/trust in Ivan and he consistently delivers excellent results.
Wesley – Senior Technician
- Started his career with automotive repair around the age of 18 in Poland.
- Was admitted to a 4-year state-sponsored automotive engineering program, which he graduated from in 1981
- Came to the states in 1991 and continued his career in automotive repair working at a well-established shop in Highland Park, IL.
- He then came to the Breaking Point in 1991.
- Throughout his career, there is not an automotive issue Wesley has not encountered before. Wesley’s wealth and breadth of knowledge make him a very valuable asset to the team.
- Wesley worked as a military mechanic for 4 years when he enlisted at age 18
